Why Frilo Statics?
Nemetschek Frilo is a German sister company of Nemetschek Scia and specialises in stand-alone applications for specific calculations. It offers a very broad range of small software programs suitable for different sectors.
A lot of engineering offices need, besides a performing and completely integrated 3D-package, software tools to carry out simple calculations rapidly. We have in mind a section, a column, a continuous beam, etc.
FriLo is the market leader in Germany in this kind of solutions. As of now, Scia also offers these products in other countries, starting with Belgium, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. Frilo offers approximately 100 modules, of which Scia will offer 6 very frequently used ones. This means that they are translated into English, Dutch and Czech and also that the National Annexes for Belgium, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic are contained.
